Hello I'm Mathilde,

I currently live in London and have been working in tech for the past 8 years as an iOS Engineer and Engineering Manager, for the automotive and fintech industries.

Before that, I studied Marketing in Bordeaux, Paris and New York City. By the way, I'm French (and cannot speak tech in French).

I love riding the problem solving rollercoster. Getting working software is satisfying and if I learn something new, it's even better. I created my own company and launched a few applications to experiment with different technologies.

I also enjoy leading teams, creating a safe and inclusive environment where people can contribute and grow while being true to themselves. Helping software engineers achieve their goals in alignment with their values is very rewarding.

When I'm not working, I'm either exploring a new area in the countryside with my dog or baking. If I had to retire from tech, I might open a bakery. Nothing fancy, just comforting pastries bringing joy to customers.
